Innov8n Juggler® has been developed by the Centre for Competitiveness (CforC).

CforC is a private sector, independent, not-for-profit, membership organisation endorsed by the Department of Enterprise Trade and Investment in Northern Ireland. It is funded by membership, sponsorship and the delivery of specialised business improvement services. Members of CforC are part of a network of leading organisations, both locally and internationally, which for over 15 years has a successful track record sharing best practice and an exclusive range of business improvement tools and techniques.

The questions and assessment in the Innov8n Juggler® are designed by Adrian Gundy and are based upon the EFQM Excellence Model© Framework for Innovation. Innov8n Juggler® has been developed from over 5 years practical experience of working with small businesses in Northern Ireland and across Europe, recognizing the challenges and opportunities that face owner-managers as they grow their business.

Innov8n Juggler® has grown out of practical experience of working with small businesses and recognising the challenges that face owner-managers as they grow their business. However, as the individual circumstances of all businesses differ, professional advice should be sought before making changes in any of the areas suggested by the Innov8n Juggler®.
